Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Wohn-Essbereich, ein Sofa, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bett und zwei Einzelbetten (Zustellbetten). Ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne sowie ein Waschbecken und Toilette ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ca. 300 Meter von dem Kulturzentrum (VHS) Herne und ca. 500 Meter von der Herner Innenstadt entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind direkt hinter dem Haus.

Das 36 m² Appartement (2020 komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet) liegt im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen.

Wir befinden uns im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets. Hinter dem Haus sind mehrere Kleingartenvereine, die zum Rhein-Herne-Kanal führen. Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und ÖPNV sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die A42 erreicht man mit dem Auto in 2min. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Herner Innenstadt sowie Recklinghausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund und Bochum sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung mit 42qm steht zur alleinigen Nutzung und befindet sich in einem MFH an einer befahrenen 30iger Zone.
