Loved this property. Had a wonderful time , would like to return for a longer stay. Robert was very receptive to my questions and responded immediately. Enjoyed the whole experience of the Villages. Actually ran into a few people we know while we were there. Would ABSOLUTELY return here if I got the chance.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

What a great home in The Villages. The home was clean and extremely well equipped for our stay. Close to pools, and a short Golf Cart ride to the town squares! He had guest passes, and instructions ready to go. Would definitely go back and stay at Gary’s home!

Check in and check out SUPER EASY! Lots of parking, access to TWO garages. Lots of chairs for chilling outside. Nice calm atmosphere. We liked it.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft selbst war super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Chuck was always very responsive. He made every effort to meet all our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

This place was amazing had so much fun going to Weeki Wachee Springs which was right down the street from the house. Took food suggestions from the list provided and it didn’t disappoint. Dana was a amazing host will definitely go back

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Trina’s home was beautifully furnished + well equipped: solid, quality furniture; soft blankets for cozy comfort; plentiful towels for shower, kitchen and pool; fabulous closet/storage space; bountiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery; clean, easily accessible washer and dryer; and a generous stock of toiletries (dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Location was fantastic — just steps from a family pool + a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter for morning coffee, dinner, or ice cream + a stroll on the dock. Extra kudos for connecting us with David’s Villages Golf Cart Rental upon reservation. Our rented golf cart was waiting for us in the garage when we arrived + was picked up the morning of our departure — white glove service that allowed us to focus on our vacation. Trina was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend + would love to return!

Nice house good location and very comfortable

This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

Jennifer is a good communicator, and responds quickly. The home is very clean, updated, and has everything you need for your stay. It's right on the river in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, and a little place down the road for wood and local honey. We enjoyed exploring the river on the kayaks, and grilling over the fire pit. It was such a nice stay that we didn't want to leave. We will be back for a future stay.

Met our needs and expectations. Clif was responsive once we were there, but he missed an email shortly after we booked causing a minor issue. Clif told us to let him know if we needed anything and I did make a couple of suggestions on items for the kitchen if you cook while staying there. It was stocked well enough for what we cooked. If we need to visit relatives again in the villages, we will certainly look to stay here!

Was absolutely everything needed while I was there for 2 weeks of work. Was beautiful, highly recommended!

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. My brother and I stayed at Sheila’s place to visit our dad who lives in The Villages. We had a great stay at her house. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, has a gorgeous and large yard with lots of relaxing seating area, and Sheila was great to communicate with. Thanks for hosting us!
