Come home to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the river view, hang out and fish from the river bank, lie out back in a couple hammocks, or fire up the grill. There is a 10x20 RV pad with 30A hookup available for extra. No dump station. Two kayaks, fish cleaning table, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, netted gazebo, smartTV, propane grill, board games, laundry. 1 dog w/fee. Hammock outside. WW Springs Park- 3 min drive. Rogers Park - 6 mins /Jenkins, & Linda P are 7 mins. Bayport Park 10 min.

Off the Beaten Path

Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day.

Spotted Dance Ranch is a small guest ranch and horse breeding facility that has been hosting guests since 2014. Come stay in our cozy Cowboy Cottage located on the beautiful ranch grounds, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the ranch located adjacent to the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest! With games inside and out, a hammock, and direct water access, it's the perfect escape—just off the main river, between the State Park and Roger’s Park.

There's a preserve across the river providing added privacy, and just around the corner from Hospital Hole where manatees love to congregate. Our home has been COMPLETELY updated and can accommodate your large group with four large bedrooms! Bring your boat to tie up or use the six single kayaks and a three person canoe provided.

Come stay in one of Brooksville's oldest, quantist and most intriguing neighborhoods. Weeki Wachee river only 15 miles away. Chasowistka river 15 miles away. Suncoast bike trail and lots of perserves for hiking. 🐶 This is a a dog friendly space and neighborhood.
