I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. We stayed at Lisa's for a wedding nearby. We are a family of three, with a three-year-old. We were extremely comfortable. The airbnb is beautiful, spacious, clean, and looks just like the photos. It is an extremely peaceful atmosphere in the woods/on the lake. My daughter absolutely loved swinging, playing outside, and she went in the pool once. She also loved the extremely sweet three dogs and two cats who roam the property. Comfortable beds, beautiful design, and the house smells new. It's around a 30 minute drive from BNA. My sister in law visited from Nashville daily and it took her anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to drive to/from downtown Nashville, depending on the traffic, with the longer drives obviously being during rush hour. Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful and communicative. She lives on the property in the main house and the first night her husband brought over milk for our daughter. Really a great stay!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

Perfect place to stay!! Everything is very clean and well taken care of and Nick is a wonderful host!!

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! I will always check to see if Isaac’s place is available first when traveling to Nashville from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home!

We have just spent 2 nights at this lovely air BnB and I would definitely recommend for people who are looking to stay out the way of broadway for a more quiet and relaxing stay. The place was spotless and it looks exactly like the photos! It looks a lot bigger in real life too. Great food nearby including five points pizza which was great! Would definitely stay again.

Our trip was exactly what we wanted. Came for my 40th birthday and my son’s spring break with some family and friends. The hot tub and pool were clean and the perfect temp and outdoor space was well maintained and a nice walk about for our small dog. We really appreciated the kitchen amenities and great water pressure! Would 100% book again.

Our trip to Nashville started out with unforeseen circumstances due to problems with another Airbnb that we booked. Luckily Lacey took us in at the last minute and we couldn't be more pleased. She was very patient with us during the process. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect. Excellent communication! I can't say enough about the house! It was more than enough space for the five of us during our stay. The view from the roof top decks was amazing! You could tell right away that EVERYTHING was cleaned!! It was spotless! When we return to Nashville, we will be staying at one of her properties. Thanks for everything!!

We had a great stay at Stephanie's place. She was very proactive with communication and the house was exactly as advertised. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was very nice! Clean and modern and had everything we needed. There a lot of rules that made us feel a little scared to really do or move anything with in the house but it is understandable.

We needed a pet friendly place while our house was being worked on. Gretchen's place fit the bill perfects. Gretchen was very accommodating working with our schedule and making the stay perfect for us. Gretchen communicated well and always got back with us promptly if we had any questions. The house was clean and as described. Will not a vacation for us it did provide a lot of local convenience and was perfect for our needs.

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

The unit was beautiful and very convenient for accessing Broadway and 12south which are very popular tourist locations in Nashville. Ms. Dorinda was available and quick to respond during our stay. Would definitely stay here for future trips!

The house was everything that was described, and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. Absolutely loved the place and would book with them again any day!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was just like the pictures. Great use of space. About a 5 minute Uber from Broadway in an up and coming area. The house was totally worth the price we paid. Very affordable for 4 couples. We would stay there again!

My kiddos and I were on spring break and wanted to get away. The house was very nice and comfortable. If I had to complain about anything, the only thing that I would complain about is that I had to go buy a can opener lol. 🤦🏽‍♀️All in all no complaints. I will definitely consider staying here again when I come back to visit with my can opener…😜😆🤣

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

We hebben in de omgeving gezocht naar een woning die past bij onze smaak, bij aankomst waren we gelijk helemaal gelukkig. De woning was precies zoals de omschrijving, gezellig en ruim. Onze kinderen voelden zich ook gelijk helemaal thuis. Alles was op rij afstand dus het was echt perfect gelegen. We hebben geen enkele minpunten gevonden, we kunnen de woning zeker aanbevelen bij andere geïnteresseerden. Bedankt dat wij jullie prachtige woning mochten huren!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

Nice location in East Nashville close to lots of restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 5 couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, there is an extra full bath downstairs. Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. Bring your own coffee pods… There is a full kitchen living area upstairs we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!

Darlene’s place felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were responsive to our every need and just very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property to every family visiting the Murfreesboro area.
