Beachside Beauty Footsteps to the Beach, Minutes to the City

Relax in comfort and style in this immaculate beach side abode. Breathe in the ocean air, enjoy the garden terrace and barbecue or walk out your front door and enjoy iconic City Beach, local cafes and restaurants, parks and the beachfront boardwalk. An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

Light bright tiled living/kitchen area, queen bedroom, huge BIR. Fully equipped laundry & bathroom. Air-conditioned. Easy free on-street parking, no time limit. 10 mins walk to Cafe strips of Leederville or Subiaco. Less than to 1km Main Freeways. 3 train lines 15 min walk Fremantle (Rottnest), Airport (High Wycombe), Joondalup. “Granny flat” has own entry, isolated from main house for total privacy. Shared wall (like apartment living). Beautiful view over a lake, famous black swans & wildlife.

Self contained studio attached to our home ,with a 5* touch. For Holiday or Business you will love this upstairs studio in City Beach. Short 15 min stroll to the beach, golf,swim or cafes. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. EV drivers welcome. MEDIUM and SMALL CARS .Large 4 wheel drives park on street short walk to entrance at the rear. Cottesloe rentals a close but and are much cheaper than the large multi national companies . We will happily drive you there . NON SMOKI NG

You’ll love this welcoming architect-designed apartment. It occupies the whole lower floor of a private home in a quiet area close to the city, and walking distance to Subiaco, Leederville, and beautiful Lake Monger. Thoughtfully created space with quality fittings including separate bedroom, modern kitchen & bathroom, free WIFI, heating/air-conditioning, laundry and patio. With off-street parking next to your own front door, you have privacy and independence. A great base to explore Perth.

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Bright studio, close to beaches, 15 mins to city.

This self contained, modern studio has a private entry, well equipped kitchenette, aircon, TV, washer, dryer and shared use of the maintained pool. The stylish decor makes for a comfortable, easy stay, close to the iconic Scarborough and Trigg beaches, a great variety of restaurants and activities. It is a pleasant walk to the coast, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and St Mary's School and a short drive to the city. The studio is suitable for individual, couples and business travellers.

Brand New fully self contained Granny Flat

This is a brand new studio/granny flat located in one of Perth's premier locations. Walking distance to the Leederville and Wembley cafe strips and a number of hidden gems well worth exploring. you will have off street parking and your own dedicated access to your private accommodation, with a shared back yard. Lake Monger sets the perfect backdrop for a 20 minute walk to the train station or cafe strip, not to mention the 10 minute drive to Perths perfect beaches.

Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
