Herceg Novi Seaside, Studio apartment

Ground floor studio apartment 25 m2, with kitchen and two single beds, Italian bathroom, terrace. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. Our apartment is located in the center of Herceg Novi, near the Old Town, close to the main bus station. It has been recently completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, balcony with sea view, TV and air conditioning units and free WiFi. There is a good connection with the airport Tivat (25 km) and Dubrovnik (35 km). It is a 10 minute walk away from the coastline with beaches, and a 5 minute walk from famous Kanli Kula fortress and Old Town clock tower.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is tucked in a few minutes above the beaches and about 10 10-minute walk from the historical part of the town. I don't think you would need to use a public bus while in Herceg Novi, but the stop is in front of the building. We live in the town, so we are here for any recommendations you might need.
