Enjoy your time with a beautiful view, and unwinding from the business of the outside world. There are many choices for dining, entertainment and shopping within a few minutes drive! This In-Law Suite is a totally separate, fully equipped apartment. Private entry and parking space; fenced back yard. Full living room has a faux leather sofa, tv, built in desk. Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
