To ensure we can continue to offer benefits like 24/7 customer support, we charge Experience Hosts a 20% service fee. This is based on the price of the Experience and it's automatically deducted from your payout.

We'll waive this fee for certain social impact Experiences, and we don’t charge a fee to guests of Experiences.

VAT charges

Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction involved, a VAT may be charged on top of the Host service fee. The service will include the VAT where applicable.
