The unit has a twin daybed with a trundle and a queen bed all in the same 10’ x 14’ room. 12 minutes from SeaWorld, and 12 minutes from Six Flags. Centrally located near a bustling shopping area with quick access to a variety of restaurants and parks. This is an attached, private apartment to my duplex style house. Check out time 11 am. Old Town Helotes- River Rock Ranch!!

People love this place!! Seriously, based on the arrowheads/ fossils we have found people have been here for hundreds of years. We have cleaned up 13 TONS debris on Los Reyes Creek restoring it’s natural beauty to the 3.5 acre property, see the newly constructed walking bridge in Old Town. No Parties- please be respectful to our neighbors- quiet hours after 9pm. Minimum age to book is 21
