The Merc A-Historic Yet Modern Home w/Heated Floor

Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Cottage at Snake River Meadow•Rustic Fishing cabin

Our cottage is part of a private 30 acre property with pasture and meadows in the river bottoms near the South Fork of the Snake River in the Heise area, a few miles from Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Heise Hot Springs. Enjoy wildlife, fishing, and relaxing just 20 minutes from Idaho Falls. The winter is a magical time. Peaceful and very quiet. Our ring camera just caught a midnight visit by a young moose! You can rent this cottage as well as the larger Ranch House together for family events.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

Having a casita has been a dream for our family for years. We love hosting friends, family, and travelers so having a dedicated space is so exciting. Our family self built the house over a two year time frame. We hope to finish the landscape by the fall of 2021. The space has fresh clean colors that remind of us the sky, streams, and oceans we love to visit in nature. It is equipped with a sink and microwave for warming snacks and beverages. Please no pets or smoking on property.

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
