The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!
