Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

We loved staying at Penko's place. It was perfect for our family of 4. Just a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. Would love to stay here again!

Nice cozy cottage one block from the beach.. spent many hours walking the beach and found many beautiful shells and sea glass on our walks. Cozy cottage perfect for us and our dog in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

We stayed at Jane's 8/19-22/24. The accommodations were clean and bright. Everything needed was available. Attention to guest need was evident throughout the apartment. This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.
