This green two-story forest lodge adjacent to Cook Forest State Park. Owner's Note: This Lodge has a unique layout perfect for no more than 2 adults and 2 small children. The lower level has an open floor plan with kitchen and living area. There is a staircase leading up to the second floor open loft master bedroom, with a queen size bed, and enclosed bathroom. The children's bunkbeds are in an open alcove at the top of the stair way.

A historic property. Near Rails to Trails and within walking distance of downtown Historic Brookville with its many antique shops and restaurants. Some local attractions: Scripture Rocks Park, February - Ground Hog Day in Punxsutawney, June - Laurel Festival, July - Jefferson County Fair, December - Victorian Christmas. We're also less than 30 minutes from Clear Creek State Park and Cooks Forest. You can walk to a grocery store, gas station and the Post Office. There's a laundromat nearby.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Within walking distance of hundreds of acres of state game lands and just a short drive to 3 different state parks ( Clear Creek, Parker Dam, And Cook Forest). Check us out on FB/IG @creeksidecabin788 The cabin does not have WiFi and cell phone reception is spotty in the area. Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.
