Welcome to the Jefferson Bungalow, a charming, refurbished 1940's home centrally located in Eugene; a 5-min drive to the University campus and 3-min drive to popular downtown restaurants, bars, and shops, also within walking distance. Enjoy beautiful views from every window. Cozy up to the fireplace in the living room, enjoy the well-appointed kitchen, modern bathroom and retreat at night to the peacefully comfortable bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars w/attached locking shed for your bikes, stroller.

Petite Retreat - UofO Campus Studio

Our quiet studio has everything you need for your Eugene visit. The unit comes with AC, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous outside patio. There is 1 off-street parking spot available. Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town. If you are coming to visit the UofO college campus this is the studio for you!

Douglas Fir Cottage - peaceful getaway near U of 0

Architecturally designed backyard cottage located one mile south of the University of Oregon adjacent to Eugene's historic Masonic Cemetery. This contemporary Northwest space includes a spacious living area with a new king-sized bed, smart TV, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, private sauna and hot tub, and a spacious deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Located within walking distance to the University, coffee shops, Amazon Pool, and neighborhood stores. Enjoy dedicated parking and a beautiful setting.

Campus Cottage 2 Bed 1 Bath on Walnut Alley

The Campus Cottage on Walnut Alley is a very charming home. It’s a perfect blend of its original style with modern amenities. It’s been wonderfully and meticulously updated. Just a few block walk to U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight arena, & Autzen Stadium, this quaint 2 bed, 1 bath home has a beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook, or just warm up food. There is a lovely four season sun porch and outside barbecue to enjoy. Off street parking is adjacent to the cottage.

Hillside Cabin Retreat

Immerse yourself in nature in our serene tiny cabin in the woods. Secluded & private, yet minutes to the city & university! Enjoy your meals & watch the wildlife & sunsets from the large front deck. Relax & read a book in the hammock or watch the birds & enjoy the view from the terraced gardens. Fall asleep to the calls of the great horned owl! Large windows, well stocked kitchenette & outdoor shower create the perfect nature escape. Only 4 miles to Hayward Field, the U of O & Downtown Eugene!

Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Hayward Cottage

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Adorable studio bungalow near U of O Campus

Enjoy a modern stay at this centrally-located studio. The Harris Bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Oregon, historic Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, and a short bus ride or bike ride to 5th Street Public Market. With coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and so much more in the area, this is the perfect spot in Eugene. Only a few blocks from bike share and city bus stops. Wake up and pour yourself some coffee and then start your day exploring!
