CARRICKALINGA: A spacious, dog friendly retreat

Come and relax at 'Taronga' - a five minute walk to Carrickalinga’s pristine beach - one of SA’s most beautiful stretches of coast. Our home is large and well-appointed - it offers space, privacy and all creature comforts. There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

"Evelyn", a Romantic Bush Hideaway

EVELYN'S VILLAGE A charming rustic peaceful escape to the country. She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

Dees Villa - self contained cottage . Pet friendly

This purpose-built Greek-inspired villa with sunset views as far as Kangaroo Island provides the perfect get-away retreat. One hour south of Adelaide, enroute to Kangaroo Island and close to McLaren Vale and lots of fantastic wineries. Situated in a secluded rural setting on a 80 acre horse stud. Dee's Villa is a short 10 minutes drive to Normanville or Yankalilla. We are close to Myponga Beach, Lady Bay and Carrickalinga as well as the popular Normanville beach. Dogs and Ponies welcome.

Yankalilla Farm Stay "Moana Views" Pet friendly

This private and comfortable studio space is perfectly set up for those who want to experience the country and seaside at the same time. Situated on 5 acres which is also set up for horses, Moana Views offers the chance for guests to stay whilst exploring the wonders this area has to offer. Also, there is a short drive of approximately 4 kms to Normanville and Carrickallinga Beach, or maybe you prefer to ride or float your own horse down to the beach instead, the choice is yours!

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.

Our place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining, and the beach. You’ll love our place because of the views, the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, with Netflix. Ideal for keen golfers with great views of the front nine; easy access to the pro shop and course facilities. Also a Tennis court and Gym nearby for a small fee. Only 2 km from Normanville.

The Cottage @ Normanville

Enjoy our 3 bedroom coastal cottage located a short walk from the beach. Make this your base to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula, experiencing the delicious local produce. Sit back and relax in the gardens, cook your own pizza in the pizza oven or enjoy a glass of wine under the foliage of the established gardens. Warm yourself with the combustion fire in winter. There is fully fenced off-street parking and a solid carport.

Sandy Hill Forest

A cosy Tiny Home next to a forest. Relax in your own private outdoor area, walk in our mini forest, be mesmerised by our abundant wildlife, and maybe catch a glimpse of the stunning wedge tail eagle during your stay. Imagine gazing at the stars through our spectacular skylight, all while you are lying in bed. Our beautiful tiny house is available all year around, and includes breakfast provisions.

The Beachouse @ Normanville

Modern, bright, dog friendly and airy beach house - just a short stroll to the beach and shops! The Beachouse is stylishly decorated, with two seperate outdoor decking areas. Situated in a residential enclave, beach access is only a short walk away. Normanville is one of South Australian’s hidden gems, with pristine white, sandy beaches, a glimmering ocean and sheltered coves. Serenity awaits!

The Valley Shack - Walk to Second Valley Beach

The Valley Shack is a modern revival of the iconic Australian beach shacks of the 60s and 70s. Just a short 5 minute stroll to the rugged beauty of Second Valley beach.
