Yard is flat level ground. Flat level circle drive that is great for boat/ATV trailers. It sleeps up to 7 persons maximum. This little cottage is tucked away behind our home, in the middle of a scenic field. It has a Mimosa tree in the yard that is gorgeous when in bloom! Blueberry bushes in the field with a small garden nearby. Ducks go back and forth from the pond to the front yard several times a day! So whether you are relaxing at the cottage all day, or just using it as a place to sleep while traveling back and forth to Hochatown, you will likely see animals milling around!
