Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

Te Awa Mata - The Rivers Edge

With sweeping views of the Tukituki River at your feet and Te Mata Peak behind you, this bespoke Tiny Home is the perfect spot for your Hawkes Bay get-away. Peaceful and picturesque it is just minutes from Craggy Range, Black Barn and Te Mata Wineries, or a short drive to the Village of Havelock North, Te Mata Peak or Ocean Beach. Offering serene river views, peaceful surrounds, a luxurious hot tub and a prime location we look forward to welcoming you to this little piece of paradise.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

Cozy Cottage on Te Mata

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Quail Cottage - Napier/Hastings

Quail Cottage. Modern warm peaceful cottage in established gardens and vines. Nestled between apple orchards and banks of the Ngaruroro River Positioned between Napier and Hastings in Hawke’s Bay, it offers the perfect retreat. Ideally located, it’s just 10–15 minutes to Napier, Hastings, and Havelock North, with HB Sports Park and EIT Pettigrew Arena in Taradale only minutes away. A perfect base for exploring the region! Good space for RV parking

The Little Shoehorn

The Little Shoehorn is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Havelock North Village. Nestled amongst the trees and overlooking the Mangarau Stream, this stand alone studio offers privacy and relaxation after a busy day of exploring Hawkes Bay. With Te Mata Peak on the doorstep and local wineries a must visit, the Little Shoehorn is a perfect place to base yourself whilst exploring the beautiful region.

Little Walnut is a 10 min walk to HNth Village. A gorgeous & beautifully decorated, spacious self contained, stand alone unit. Lovely linen - super king bed, fully equipped kitchen (w coffee machine) & a big comfortable lounge. The shower is over bath with a separate toilet. Large outdoor area (BBQ incl) with a rural outlook under a giant walnut tree.
