I had an absolutely fantastic weeklong stay at this apartment! Being so high up in a high-rise, with panoramic views of Berlin, made the experience even more special. The apartment was spotless and perfectly suited to my needs—comfort and convenience were top-notch. Its location was ideal, just a stone’s throw from all the action in Berlin. At first, I was a little skeptical about the waterbed—it seemed too soft for my back, so I spent the first night on the sofa bed (which, by the way, was surprisingly comfortable!). But by the second night, I decided to “take the plunge” and give the waterbed a try, and I’m so glad I did. It was like floating on a cloud! I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Berlin. It truly elevated my trip!

This was an ideal place for a solo traveller to stay for four nights. The location is lovely - a family area, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. I wouldn’t say it’s walkable to the city centre but the public transport is excellent. The flat and its furnishings are not as new as the photos suggest. Perfectly fine though. I found the bed really comfortable. Although I knew there wasn’t a kitchen, I missed having a tap for water (I used the bathroom tap for drinking). And for me there weren’t enough utensils to try basic cooking, so I ate out. It’s very quiet, other than neighbour noise next to the bedroom 2/4 nights that continued after midnight. I slept well with earplugs. Overall a very good stay, which I was able to book at short notice, 48 hours ahead.

Philip was absolute great. Provided perfect instruction. The Flat was pristine clean with all required amenities for 4 of us. The location was also perfect for us. Great to stay at your place Philip. Thanks a lot.

This place was perfect, exactly what we needed and felt very comfortable and cozy. We did message the host once but didn’t get a response, luckily it wasn’t an important issue, and I’m sure he would have responded if it were. We were very nicely located and the apartment was very easy to find. Great place overall! Highly recommend!

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Eine tolle Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick aufs Haff. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Marc war ein sehr zuvorkommend er und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊.

Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub! Die Unterkunft war absolut Klasse und sehr ruhig gelegen! Alles war super sauber! Das Konzept vor Ort ist super durchdacht! Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice simple apartment in the countryside just outside of Lychen. Has all what you need for cooking (including some beautiful ceramic pieces!). We really appreciated mosquito nets in some of the windows, so we could sleep peacefully during hot nights. The greatest thing was probably the table and the bench in the garden where we would eat our breakfast or drink tea. Even though the hosts live in the same big home, the apartment had full privacy. Henning is a very friendly host and nature lover, we had some interesting conversations.

Daniel was incredibly friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to create additional flexibility for the dates of my booking. The apartment is truly incredible - with beautiful decor, amenities, and views! There's also loads of great cafes/bars/restaurants within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again - thank you so much. :)

Was kann man bei Bernd erwarten? - Ein kuschliges Bett, eine warme Dusche und seinen eigenen Schreibtisch... Aber nicht nur das, sondern einen unglaublich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, ein stylisches Interior, ein blitzblankes Bad, top Anbindung, eine aufgeweckte Fellnase und ein richtiges Zuhause-Gefühl. Kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen!! Genau das, wonach ich für meine ersten 2 Wochen in Berlin gesucht habe.

À la demande de mon père, Rocio l’a accueilli dans l’appartement bien qu’une arrivée autonome était possible. Tout était parfait, tant la localisation de l’appartement (central mais très calme) que l’intérieur (très propre et plein de petites attentions laissées par Rocio). Rocio est vraiment super hôte. Je recommande à 100%.

It’s an absolutely gem in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes drive. Our hosts are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The house is well-maintained with everything we need. Kudos!

We had the most amazing stay. The garden is magnificent, the apartment is specious and cozy at the same time. We were able to relax and connect to nature as well as travel around when we wanted. Volker and Lui were so nice and did everything to make us feel very welcome. Thank you 🦋🌺🐞

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großzügigem Garten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so einen riesigen Fernseher benutzt :-) Es gab Brettspiele für die Kinder, der Garten bietet sich ebenfalls zum Spielen an und wir konnten dank der guten Küchenausstattung sogar Waffeln zum Frühstück backen. Es sind die kleinen Gesten, die ich schätze, wie der gemahlene Kaffee, der für das erste Frühstück schon bereit stand. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und groß und die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Das Haus ist auch mit den Öffentlichen gut erreichbar, allerdings fahren die Stadtbusse in Werder nur stündlich. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man ohne fahrbaren Untersatz mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Der Supermarkt Netto ist zwei Busstationen oder ca 20 Min Fußmarsch entfernt. Dennoch ist die Havel-Therme nicht weit weg mit Bus gut zu erreichen und sehr zu empfehlen. Kommunikation top u freundlich auch bei Klärung eines kleinen Schadens.

Wir haben zu viert in Ricos Unterkunft Workation gemacht und dafür war es super! Noch dazu hatten wir tolles Wetter und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Was wir vielleicht überlesen haben oder falsch gelesen, dass die Unterkunft zwar sehr nah am Wasser liegt, dass es aber kein richtigen Zugang gibt und die nächste Badestelle ein bisschen entfernt ist (etwa 3km). Ansonsten gibt es zwei kleine Stellen, wo man den See sehen kann (etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß) Aber sonst ist alles über Privatzugänge geregelt. Trotzdem war es richtig schön und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht! Auch eine schöne Terrasse zum Draußen essen, einen Garten mit Platz. Also wirklich toll!

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Gerne wieder.

Das Backhausteam liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Anschließend gleich über die Straße befindet sich eine kleine Schleuse und ein Anlegestelle für Boote. Wander sowie Radwege sind vorhanden. Im und am hause ist kein Straßenlärm. Paddelboote kann man je nach Verfügbarkeit über das Backhausteam Buchen. Das Haus war für uns komplett ausgestattet. Sonnenliegen, Grill und Gartenausstattung sind vorhanden. Bis zu 6 Personen haben genügend Platz. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Sabrina's house is lovely and comfortable, perfect for a family trip away. The area is peaceful and pretty, with accessible public transport into the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there!
