Logement grand et bien équipé, nous étions 2 familles avec des enfants en bas âge et Leigh a mis à notre disposition tout le matériel nécessaire. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle et des couverts, nous avons dû tout relaver avant la première utilisation. Attention certaines photos de l’annonce ne sont plus d’actualité, notamment la petite pizzeria censée être sur place, c’est dommage…

Place is good. Beautiful a river flowing through property private fibre boat which is unique. Lots of things to do.

For what was a budget friendly stay for us we were happy with the accommodation and it’s facilities. The hot tub was perfect to enjoy at any time of the day and was totally private. Our dog Merlin had plenty of space to explore the gardens and plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Although we were there out of season, there was still many things in the local area to do. We highly recommend visiting Chamberet to hire some electric bikes and tour the wonderful scenery. Seems to be lots of English in the area which meant many restaurants/places of interest had English speakers. Although not essential for us, it could be beneficial for future guests whom may struggle with the French language. We only had one negative to our experience and it was that the double bed wasn’t at all comfortable. Although, we appreciate for some, the hard spring mattress may be exactly what they like. Never the less, we spend the rest of our stay on the two single beds instead which were a little better for us.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Daren et Bianka et avons vivement apprécié le lieu qui regorge d’activités ludiques sur place ( piscine, billard, baby-foot, tir à l’arc…). Notre fils de 9 ans a adoré. Le gîte est tout confort et très très bien équipé. On se sent comme à la maison. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter cette très jolie région. Bianka et Daren sont formidables ! Nous reviendrons et conseillerons ce super gîte autour de nous. Merci.

Great house for 2 families, perfect for what we wanted. Lots of seating areas, kitchen was really well equipped. Pool and hot tub awesome. Nearby lake is good for beach and water sports. Hosts were great and gave good recommendation for a food festival in a nearby town. The house is in a very peaceful location, surrounded by countryside, which was great most of the time but if you want restaurants or activities it’s a drive. I would recommend the house though as it’s really well set up for a week with friends or family.

un excellent moment passé chez Catherine et Michel, des hôtes très accueillants, très gentil. On a pu visiter la miellerie un moment très sympathique est enrichissant. la maison est magnifique est impeccable, ambiance familiale est convivial je recommande a 100% Catherine et Michel.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour chez Charley et son compagnon. Un accueil très sympathique dans un très bel environnement. Toute la famille a adoré. Merci. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons été plus qu'enchantées à notre arrivée. Le logement est vraiment extraordinaire. L'arrivée au ranch est vraiment dépaysant et nous y sommes senti formidablement bien ! Le lieu est apaisant, le crépitement de la cheminée ravi les cœurs. Très bel endroit ! Merci d'avoir pensé à la création de cet établissement ! Le séjour a été bien trop court. A très vite !

Un grand merci à Monique et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux la location ne manque de rien si vous rechercher la tranquillité et le calme, c'est ici qu'il faut venir.à 5 minutes du village martyr d'Oradour-sur-Glane à réitérer dès que l'occasion se représentera.on comprend quand on y à séjourné pourquoi les commentaires sont aussi excellents.nous recommandont à 100%. merci à tout les deux

La maison est magnifique, le jardin tout autant. Sarah est une hôte très sympatique et très réactive si une question se pose. Nous y avons passé un très agréable moment.

What a find!!! Perfect house in a beautiful and relaxing location, easy to get to plenty of places, not that you will want to as you'll want to spend every moment in the huge garden and pool. Having your own pool what a find!! Could rave about this place all day and Phil and Cindi are so lovely and welcoming with loads of local reccomendations. When we are next in the Dordogne, guess where we will be booking. Our two labs loved it too.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett war bequem. Besonders hat mir die perfekt eingerichtete Küche gefallen, es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und es war mir möglich mein Fahrrad mit rein zu nehmen. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Perfekte Unterkunft 👍🏻

C'était la seconde fois que je réservais la maison en été et c'était encore parfait. L'environnement est incroyablement paisible et la maison bien adaptée à nos vacances en famille. Je recommande vivement.

Endroit vraiment agréable, grand domaine pour les balades avec animaux et/ou enfants. Heidi est très réactive et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varie d’un jour sur l’autre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Laurence. Le gîte est très agréable, avec beaucoup de charme. Le logement est très propre, et bien agencé. L'extérieur est magnifique, au calme, avec de nombreux espaces pour s'installer et profiter du calme. La piscine et le trampoline ont régalé les enfants. Laurence est très agréable, toujours disponible, elle nous a partagé ses petites pépites sur la région. Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement était vraiment impeccable et parfait de tout point de vue malgré la pluie du weekend. Great house, the pool is absolutely amazing: it’s an infinity pool with a view on the Creuse valley, which is super. The house is really nice and complete. The walls are pretty thick which is nice when it’s hot outside: the house stays relatively cool inside. Marc is very nice and helpful, we had a great vacation at his house!

From the moment we opened the door of our car, we fell in love. The house is very charming and surroundings absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our son loved the wildlife and was constantly on the lookout for new bugs, birds, and lizards. The loirs was no doubt his favorites. Our daughter spent a lot of time in the pool, which was bigger than expected and very nice. We had parents and inlaws coming to visit, a total of 8 at the most. We were very comfortable in the house, if you needed some time alone there was always possible to find a quiet spot inside or outside. We found it as a good base for daytrips in the region, there is a lot to see and do, but need a car. We have been to many places around the world, having an international family, and it is the first time we have been really sad to leave. (Even the kids that was looking forward to Disneyland). Abigail has been a great host, quick replies and very helpful. Many thanks again for letting us live in in your beautiful house.
