Built in 1925 this home features a large bedroom with a queen sized bed, your own living room, bathroom & toilet. Your hosts live separately at the back of the house, you have independent access to your space and your privacy is guaranteed . It is an easy walk into town for shopping @2 kms to the bottom of the main shopping area. Beachfront cycleway close by. Napier boasts vibrant restaurants, bars and music venues. For wine lovers HB boasts over 100 wineries, ideal for tastings/tours

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Rooms are at the back of my house and closed off so the space is entirely private with no shared facilities. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the garden outlook. A short walk to numerous cafes, bars, boutique shops and a NW supermarket. Safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check prior to arrival.

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

Spaciousness for good value welcomes diversity

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. So don't count them on the booking as Airbnb charges. We aim to be friendly and kind. Raelene or Hilary are your hosts.

Luxury Village Villa 2 mins walk to the village

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are also new and feature roomy showers and heated towel rails. New A/c in King room and A/c in ensuite upgraded A/c in living areas.

Modern country 3 bedroom cottage

Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).

Hart's Place

Hart's Place is a private, modern, attached unit. It has all new fittings and furnishings. It is light and warm, with a heated bath room floor, just installed a carbon filter, no more chlorine in the water. Situated in a safe quiet cul de sac and has a tramp and swing for children. In one of Hasting's best and most central suburbs location wise.

The Clive Hideaway - Villa

Nestled along side the Clive River is our lovingly restored Villa “The Clive”. With Napier, Hastings and Havelock North an easy 12 minute drive, we are conveniently located in the Heart of Hawkes Bay. Clive has proven to be the perfect hub for cycle enthusiasts, with easy access to over 200KM of Hawkes Bay Trails.
