Charming home in downtown Kanab

This is a delightful house in a quiet neighborhood a block from the center of Kanab. Come stay and enjoy being walking distance from quaint downtown Kanab. Mature trees create a relaxing umbrella of shade and the fully fenced yard along with a large porch offers a great place to hang out. We designed this home to turn heads and be one of the most unique vacation rentals you will ever stay at. Modern, high end, private, and a breathtaking VIEW! This house is strategically placed on the very best and most private location in our 14 acre apple orchard. Surrounded by farmland and breathtaking mountain peaks! We are within 5-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants and conveniently located only 25 minutes from Zion National park and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National park.

Perfect for social distancing. Located right outside the city limits and lights , but only minutes from downtown amenities. We offer a spacious , 2200 sq foot home. Beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, Huge Master with king bed and deep soak tub. Massive living room, chefs kitchen ,Outdoor firepit, BBQ grill , Picnic tables, Cedar lined sauna, And Huge deck with world class views! This large modern farmhouse-style home is a perfect base for your Southern Utah adventures. The house is situated in the charming town of Panguitch, just 20 miles from Bryce Canyon NP, 75 miles from Zion NP, 35 miles from Brian Head Ski Resort, and a short hop to Grand Staircase Escalante, Capital Reef, Cedar Breaks, and many other amazing outdoor destinations. The house itself was built in 2018 and is perfect for large groups, families, or couples looking for luxury, peace, and quiet.

The Barn House

The Barn House is the perfect place to relax and enjoy gorgeous southern Utah. You're in cowboy country as you often can observe a herd of Texas long horned cattle in the field next door. Family Home in Center of Popular National Parks!

My place is close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon National Parks, Lake Powell, ATV trails, Fishing..In the midst of beautiful Southern Utah scenery, enjoy this home on a quiet street away, but easily accessed, from the busy US Highway 89 in the small town of Orderville. Walk through the town safely and hike several local trails and canyons close by. Watch for fantastic sunrises and sunsets, with views of towering white and vermillion cliffs and rolling hills in the valley.

The Ranch House Retreat

The Ranch House is a large and spacious cowboys retreat. Decorated with authentic western saddles and tack along with hand-made rustic furniture. The house has a wrap around porch, a large lawn, and mature shade trees. Three large bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and plenty of nooks and crannies for the kids to play in. The Ranch House is nestled in Scenic Southern Utah, located between Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and The Grand Canyon.

Hilltop Heaven - 5 Star Views, Location, Game Room

Summary: This 5 star home is the perfect option for your stay in one of the most beautiful locations in Utah! With only 20 minute drive through Red Canyon to entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park and 50 minutes to Zions National Park you are surrounded by endless outdoor activities (hiking, biking, fishing, wildlife photographing, ATV and horseback riding) and incredibly unique scenery. The owner can recommend activities to ensure vacation of a lifetime!

My Kaibab Retreat

Gorgeous, completely renovated home, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with Arizona sunsets. Centrally located to many natural wonders such as the Kaibab Mountain, Grand Canyon, Historic Arizona Strip, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park, this totally renovated home is ready for you and all your adventures! Located at the end of a dead end street, there is no thru traffic and is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
