Original 1940's beach cottage lovingly restored and updated for another eighty years of use for our family and our guests. Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. Bring your doggie and kids, park the car and relax

Beach Studio Pet Friendly

The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Please read policies and rules before booking with a pet. Note: you will hear some noise from the main house

Special prices for 2-night bookings until end of June 2025. A relaxing and peaceful space. fantastic view of the Manning River. 1km walk to CBD. 1.3km to Manning Base Hospital and nearby Mayo and Wingham Community Hospital. 800m to TAFE. 5km to the MEC. Plenty of quality restaurants and cafes. Excellent position if you are into kayaking, speed boating, fishing and other water activities as this property is within 100m of the boat ramp and also close to beaches. Note: pets require own bed.
