Little Bay, Arakoon is located on the beautiful mid-north coast. It's a beautiful beach community alongside stunning Arakoon National Park, home to historic Trial Bay Gaol and great beaches and bush walks. Our house is less than 100 metres from Little Bay beach and offers a wonderful base for relaxing, swimming, surfing, fishing and bush walking. The township of South West Rocks perched on the mouth of the Macleay river offers numerous beaches, shops, restaurants and great cafes.

Enjoy our modern beach cottage with north facing panoramic views over the ocean, golf course and famous point break surf. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a 3/4 sofabed in the lounge room which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. My place is suitable for couples and families only Free Wifi and smart TV

Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. Enjoy swimming in nature with direct access to Bonville creek running across the rear of the property. Finnish sauna suitable for 6 persons with outdoor shower. Pets allowed on request.
