Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! The master bath includes a jetted tub, and the dry bar comes equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, waterfalls in Jackson Village, &more. KimBills' is a newly renovated, cozy, first floor condo located at Attitash Mtn. Village, just minutes from the Saco River. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities, gas fireplace, A/C, Murphy bed and pull-out sofa bed with new, comfortable mattresses. Cable/internet, 55" TV, & board games. Large deck with lighting. Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.
