Multilevel house, stunning views over the water & mountains, rockpool, spacious outdoor bar & entertainment areas, dining area, kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bathrooms and kitchen completely renovated at the end of 2022. Separate sleeping and entertainment areas. An absolute condition of stay is that no parties or loud noise and music is permitted at the house.

Perfect for remote working, with 100mb Fibre Wifi & DSTV Premium. Avalon is an upmarket house situated in secure estate of Kosmos on the Hartbeespoort Dam, less than an hour from Pretoria and Johannesburg. Perfect for social distancing/self isolation, located next to a nature reserve with few neighbours near by. The self-catering house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, guest toilet, two lounges, 3 verandas, a pool deck with wondeful views of the Hartbeespoort Dam, and the mountains.
