Lots of parking for boats, cars, etc. We are located 2 minutes from Saddlers Creek State Park , 30 minutes to Clemson, 20 minutes to Anderson , 18 minutes to downtown Hartwell, GA. and less than 10 minutes from The Oaks and HUITT Farms wedding venues and 15 minutes to GREEN POND Landing and Portman Marina. Enjoy the peacefulness this home has to offer. There is NO dock access for this home.

There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun. The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.

Hartwell Happy Place!

Great location on Lake Hartwell w/private covered slip dock and beach area, plenty of room to roam outside in the woods or start a bon fire and roast some smores! One King Bed, Two Queen Beds, and Two Bunk Beds, Washer, Dryer and Outdoor Seating Area. Plenty of space to relax with the whole family. The owner's boat will be kept on the boat lift-guests can tie up their boat to the side of the dock. As of 4/26 the dock sits in approx 8ft. Liability Waiver must be signed re: use of dock.
