The 2-acre property provides plenty of wildlife and is peaceful and quiet, even during the busy summer months. Kayak out onto Lily Cove or enjoy deer, bald eagles, shorebirds, rabbits, foxes, and more!

Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.

Just a 3 minute walk down our forest trail, this unique experience will allow you to be immersed in Maine nature and tranquility with some modern comforts. Relax in the hammock, pick a few wild blueberries, have a campfire in the chimera, and fall asleep to the stars. Nestled on a quiet road right against the Atlantic ocean is where you'll find Ohana Inn's "Milbridge Harbor View House". This quaint 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath has a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, a back patio looking out to the backyard and ocean, and a kid's playroom at the front of the house making this a perfect home away from home for you and the kids. A perfect location for watching the sunrise and set or just sitting outside on a warm day and reading a good book.

Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.
