A cozy two-bedroom holiday home (40 m² indoors) with all amenities, a spacious terrace, a SPA-massage system, a wood-fired hot tub (additional charge of 70 EUR/night), and a garden area. This accommodation is perfect for guests who appreciate the comforts of home and a peaceful, quiet environment, while still wanting to stay close to the city center. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or heavy alcohol consumption. The home is located in a private residential area (village)

Äsja renoveeritud lofti tüüpi maja (36 m2), autentse õlgkatusega, asub igihalja Muraste looduskaitseala vahetus läheduses ja vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel merest. Avastamist ootavad arvukad matkarajad ning rannarajad ja vaatamisväärsused (nt Suurupi alumine puidust tuletorn, Peeter Suure Merekindluse rannakaitse patarei nr 3). Pärast pikka päeva saab kümblustünnis lõõgastuda. Kümblustünn sisaldub hinnas. Vahetame vett pärast iga külalist. (Kümblustünnis ei ole mullisüsteemi).

In our little seaside sauna house, just 50 km from Tallinn, in the picturesque Lahemaa National Park, you can enjoy peace, birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. The beloved home restaurant MerMer is our neighbour. The house features a kitchen, a cozy living area, a wood-fired sauna, a barrel sauna, a terrace with a sea view, and a balcony with a sea view. (Sea is only 50 meters from the house) The bedroom accommodates two adults and two children. A barbecue and boat rides are available.

Renovated in autumn 2025, it features high-quality furnishings, a modern kitchen, and a private sauna. Canoe and SUP rentals, nearby hiking trails, swimming, fishing, and even winter cold-water dips make it a perfect base for both relaxation and active outdoor stays year-round.

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Lärmakad peod on rangelt keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€ päev). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€ päev). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

That is a little Sauna House on the coast of the Finnish Gulf, just 50 m from the sea. It is a combination of modern high quality living with some antique pieces. Forest is across the road, restaruant Ruhe (with Michelin notification ) is 2,5 km away, cafeteria with fresh bakery and a food shop "Neeme pood" are at the same distsnce, Golf Course is 17 Km. Tallinn is 40 km away by highway. Lot of clean nature, privacy and silence around.

Majas sees on elektrisaun (6h max. sisaldub maja hinnas), hot tub (+50eur) ja õues asuv puuküttega panoraam saun(+ 30eur) Suurel terrassil on 2 lamamistooli ja välimööbel ning külaliste käsutuses on ka BBQ grill.
