Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. Enjoy nature as you relax outside by the fire pit or stroll down to the ‘point’ to take in wildlife, or take a kayak out to explore the creek and water fowl. Deer come up through the woods and are often spotted on the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property backs to Rocks State Park. We have about 250ft of creek lining the property. Perfect for fishing, tubing, hiking or just jumping in the creek. The property has 6 acres of wooded area and 4 acres open for a total of 10 acres. There are views of the creek from the house. You will encounter deer and sometimes it's nice to just sit on the swing and watch them as wander across the property.
