Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Great location, parked our car and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood and very cozy and large bed gave us the best nights’ sleep. The apartment was well appointed and Leslie responded quickly when messaged. One of my favorite places now😊

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

Daniel’s place was great for us. We stayed two full weeks waiting for our daughter to have a baby. She did! Great to be close by to help her out. Thanks Daniel!

This was a great spot for an overnight stay. We loved the forest behind the house, the cozy the faux fireplace, and how clean everything was. We visited in the fall, but we could tell it would be great for a ski trip too!

Melinda’s place was great for a private & cozy Fall getaway. Secluded enough, but still nearby some great hikes. Her instructions were communicated clearly and her place was clean & as described. I would stay again.

Helder was an amazing Airbnb host! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The huge TVs were a major plus, and the high-quality cooking supplies made it feel just like home. I highly recommend this place for a great stay! Looking forward to booking here again.

It’s a welcoming home with great amenities and a serene and private location. We booked it to go skiing at Sugarbush and were happy with the quick drive too and from the mountain. Edward was also a friendly host who communicated quickly and precisely. We were very happy with our stay!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

Thank you so very much for allowing my family to stay at your place, my kids had a blast and it was nice to get away from the noise in Massachusetts. A great experience and lots to do, you don't go to NH for the walking distance, we go there for the adventure! Again thank you!!!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
