We truly want Everyone to feel welcome here! Bar Harbor is a scenic 45 minute drive away. There is great hiking/xc skiing in our huge back yard (Sunrise trail/Maine reserve land) Rustic farm apartment with full kitchen, breakfast foods provided first day. Farm veg can be bought in season & our own wine, jam, hot sauce, maple syrup. Can accommodate 6 folks, one in a cupola! Hot shower & heat. There is a sawdust compost toilet-Easy to use & no smell! We are on Wabanaki land, give all respect.

We are nearing the end of a long renovation, so you will find some projects unfinished (mostly exterior). But, we hope that won't stop you from having a great time exploring the area. New floors, kitchen, lighting, and hot water heat pump - we've poured a lot of love and energy into making this a great spot for our family, and yours!

Edgewater Cabins

Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants and dining, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park. There are 2 other small cabins plus larger ones available that can accommodate families. In July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay from Sat. to Sat.

The Maine Getaway - Lakefront with Beach

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Treetop Loft at Crabtree Neck Cottages

Pets negotiable. MUST DISCUSS BEFORE YOU REQUEST. Crate trained pets allowed for a fee. DISCOUNT for over 3 nights or dogs under 12 lbs. Ask! Pets come by prior arrangement only. Treetop sleeps 2, or 3 in a pinch. Must discuss well behaved children 6 or older as the deck is high. Owners/guests use garage/laundry below the studio. It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

#6 is a spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot), cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots, pans), a bedroom with a queen bed, folding twin in the bedroom closet, and living room with a futon. Other amenities: A/C (bedroom), full bathroom with shower, cable, TV, a small dining area, and free wifi. All guests have full access to common areas: Indoor kitchen in the main building, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and bonfire pit.

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
