1890's Midtown Townhouse

Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that we purchased in 2016 and lovingly renovated using a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. The space is designed with leisure stays, but also capable of accommodating business travelers. Coffee+Cocktails are now available downstairs, opened in 2023! 8AM-11PM

Rock House Detroit w 2 Kings Office Designer HGTV

A “magical getaway”, eye candy”, “a respite”, "the best Airbnb ever". Best porch in Ferndale. Ideal location in gorgeous historic Northwest Ferndale with unique homes and tree-lined sidewalks. Great art and rock n roll/eclectic decor. A few blocks to shop, pick up food, dine at one of our many foodie destinations (1/2 mile/8 min walk). Pilot episode HGTV’s “What You Get For The Money”, SEEN Magazine’s “5 Cool Detroit Airbnb’s”, interior design cover story “Detroit News Homestyle” magazine 3x!

The Pingree of Piety Hill w/Playroom & Parking

Come stay with us at this preserved 1912 home, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood...so unfortunately we do not allow gatherings of more than 15 people :) You will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this multi-family home (we, the owners live on the 2nd floor). Three bedrooms can sleep up to 3 couples, or separately host three individuals.

Lakeshore Hidden Oasis (heated pool / jacuzzi)

Situé à Lakeshore, près de Windsor et Detroit, l'oasis parfaite pour un couple à la recherche d'une escapade tranquille. Un bain jacuzzi privé en fait l'endroit idéal en toute saison! La suite est entièrement équipée dont une cuisinette complète, Smart TV, etc. Il y a 1 BBQ privé à votre porte. Lors de votre séjour vous aurez accès, jour et nuit, à notre piscine d'eau salée. Ouverte de la mi mars au début novembre, elle est chauffée à 32°C (90°F). Le jacuzzi est accessible toute l'année.

1100 sq. ft guest suite attached to main residence but completely separate space on quiet residential street. Upper level with two bedrooms, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom with custom shower. Lower level has full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, 42'' television and high speed internet. Independent heating and cooling. Owners are on site for quick response to all your needs. Close to WFCU, Caesars Windsor and all major arteries. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

Charming Studio Apartment with Indoor Fireplace

Welcome to one of the quirkiest little spots in one of the quirkiest little cities in Michigan. This is a quiet little studio set right in the middle of Hamtramck. It is a 5 minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Tucked in a quiet rear lot off the street, it has easy access to all the arts and entertainment this international city has to offer. It's also just a short 15 minute ride to all downtown Detroit has to offer.
