The Studio at Woodfort Estate

Our studio is perfectly placed for stunning views of our mountain and rolling hill landscapes. A weekend get away or longer retreat will be rewarded with privacy and peace to relax inside or on the spacious patio that captures amazing afternoon sunshine and sun sets! The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

Gardeners' Cottage (Breakfast included)

This charming Cape Cod-style cottage offers tranquil and private country-style accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Inside the cottage, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, convection oven, hobs, and a toaster. Nestled amidst berry farms and renowned country-style cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, Gardeners Cottage is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Hamilton & 15 minutes from Cambridge.

With its own private entrance, the suite is connected to one end of the owner’s residence yet remains completely secluded for your comfort and privacy. Not suitable for children under 13 yrs.

The Gazebo

The Gazebo is a unique small space at the end of the Raglan harbour. Privately sited on a small farm founded on permaculture principles, The Gazebo features native timber, a mezzanine relaxation platform, and unique indoor-outdoor living spaces. With an outdoor galley kitchen and gas-heated shower among the magnolias, you will have all the comforts of home while being brought into the outdoors. The Shepherd's Hut

At our stunning Maungatautari hut, you'll feel a million miles away from anywhere, while being only minutes from local international sporting venues, Takapoto Estate and Karapiro Domain. Only 20mins drive from Cambridge. Our delightful cabin offers the best of country life with your very own private deck, hot tub and Queen-sized bed. Basic kitchen facilities, TV and bathroom are all provided. What more could you want?

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

"My wife's Sylvie and I are both French. Our brand new guesthouse with private bathroom featuring a great tiled shower is 10 minutes' walk from world renowned Hamilton Gardens, within walking distance of food outlets, parks, playground, The Wharehouse, the University and 10 minutes' drive from Pack'n Save, the Hospital and Hamilton central business district. Bicycles can be safely stored in our locked garage."
