We were in the area for a baseball tournament and decided to stay at the Guesthouse. The location is perfectly situated between Grand Park and Kokomo locations. The farm is beautiful and quiet. The hosts were extremely responsive. We were able to meet them when we arrived and they allowed our kids to watched them feed the animals (pig and chickens). We loved our stay and when we are back in the area for our next tournament, I hope this house is available!

The space was clean, roomy enough, comfortable and a good location for our needs. We had a minor issue and Carrisa resolved it quickly and kindly.

Brittany was great and extremely thoughtful! She had hot chocolate for the kids and firewood for the fire places! We really enjoyed our time there at her cozy home.

Staying here was great for our two families with kids ages 0-6. The neighborhood playground is great, and the restaurants are wonderful. The house was ergonomic and good for children and adults to be separately entertained by still together.

Great location as we were visiting family in Carmel for Christmas. Spacious & clean, met all our needs for 7.

We had a great stay here while in town for a weekend swim meet. There was plenty of space for us to relax during our down time. The driveway provides plenty of convenient parking. Check in was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Todd was very responsive as a host. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place! Very clean. We were planning to watch our son run in the Carmel Marathon (unfortunately it got canceled) we were very close to the starting point. Audrina also worked with us on a last minute request for a little early entry.

It was a comfortable stay for the four nights we were visiting family in the area. The home was just as described. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you!

The host was so responsive. I was very impressed with their communication. we stayed for 9 days and felt like we had a home to come to each night. A note for light sleepers, take a eye mask if you use the master bedroom. There is a security light outside the window that is super bright. Not the fault of the host and I was able to get a mask for sleeping.

Great location! Close to everything. Walking trails next to complex. Very clean place and hosts are very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament at Grand Park and the location was perfect! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the owners were so nice and responsive. The pictures didn't do the property justice, very quiet and everything you could possibly need was included. The animals were an awesome plus to our stay! Thank you for hosting us and making what could be a stressful soccer weekend very relaxing.

I was in town for a conference, and James was amazing! We had some flight delays, so we were able to push a later check out which was super helpful. Walkable restaurants and bars, Tavern at the Point has amazing cheese curds, tried James’ recommendation for the pistachio latte at Coatcheck coffee. Rathskeller near by. James’ place is gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We would 100% stay again if we had to come back to Indy. Loved having the Nintendo and record player!

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!
