This was a great place. It’s roomy, new, and well-stocked. The property management company was very responsive. Having the bedrooms on separate ends of apartment was nice.

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

Great location, very private! We had plenty of room inside and the kids were able to play outside as well. We loved the back deck!

Taya was always responsive and helpful, appreciated her helping us with our crazy schedule! we enjoyed going downstairs to the Abandoned Station for a drink/pizza. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood to other nearby restaurants. Thankful for allowing us to bring our dogs!

This was the second time we have stayed at Shanan’s house. It’s absolutely perfect for our needs; close to everything and THE CUTEST place. Shanan is so wonderful to work with, and we definitely recommend her house to anyone coming to the area!

Perfect location for us while visiting family in the neighborhood. Plenty of of space. (Didn’t use hot tub, but it looked inviting. )

B is a great host and her house is awesome. Nicely decorated, very clean, lots of towels and supplies and she even left a little basket of toiletries and little amenities in the kitchen. I would highly recommend staying in this place if you're in the Indy area!

I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The home is just like the pictures, very cozy and accommodating. The interior amenities were great, the hosts furnished and stocked the place with all the essential home necessities so well. it's everything you need. just add people and toothpaste. I was comfortable the moment I stepped inside. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat and cook. every room had a TV and remote. The hot tub worked great. Do note that the bathroom area is small, especially the toilet area. however, it was very clean and as pictured. also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent!

The house was great and was just what our family needed! Austin went above and beyond answering questions beforehand and having a small assortment of welcome snacks and coffee/creamers available for us when we arrived. It was greatly appreciated, as we were welcomed with these treats after a very long and tiring drive with a baby and it saved us from having to go somewhere to grab some coffee for the next morning. Small detail, but a big gesture in our eyes. 10/10 - would recommend staying here.

The location is ideal for seeing events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As noted in other comments, the check-in process is a bit unique and the photos helped. There are several buildings in the same block with the same company name, but note that the unit was in the same building as the parking garage. This may or may not be obvious, but sometimes people think a parking garage is a standalone structure... I had to explain this to three older gentlemen who were having difficulty with the key cache and asked what building to go to after they got their keys.

The host was super responsive, I had some packages delivered during my time there and they delivered it to the apartment even though the package was sent to their office. Great spot in downtown too!

I stayed at this airbnb for my graduation and it did not disappoint. The condo is spacious, immaculate, and we felt right at home. In the heart of downtown there was tons to do with tons of variety. We had an issue with the tv’s and the hosts were super responsive, helpful, and even came by to assist and fix the issue. We had a great stay!
