Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Private Self-Contained Unit Dog Friendly

This is a dog-friendly, self-contained 1-bedroom unit with an ensuite. Perfect for solo travellers, couples and your dogs. No other pets allowed. It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.

Comfortable & Hospital Handy CBD 3Bed Home

The space is a renovated 1960's timber home. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is 80sqm in size (about 4 x Average hotel room size) with a full kitchen. There is room for hanging clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wall heater. We do our best to keep the property maintained but it is older. However, it is clean, comfortable and convenient to Hamilton CBD (about a 7minute walk), Lake, Hamilton Gardens and roads north and south to New Zealand's great attractions.

Peaceful & centrally located, The Loft is perfect for your next stay in Hamilton. Unwind with a fresh brew on the private deck overlooking the pool & garden, or take a short walk up to Tills Lookout for panoramic views, or a little further for stunning rural views including Mt Pirongia. Perfect for exploring the area or a work trip - it is close to Claudelands, the city centre, Wintec, and Waikato Stadium - it's an easy day trip to Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves. The University and Waikato Hospital are a 10-minute drive. The house is secure and warm with great linen and amenities. The property is fully fenced with plenty of outdoor space including outdoor dining and a BBQ.
