Central Charmer - close to shops and hospital

Queen bed and a double bed, one in each bedroom, with wardrobes. TV, heating, & WIFI internet. The living area has large sofas, dining tables, & lovely sunny conservatory. Microwave, oven, fridge, utensils, & crockery. Washing machine & iron. Parking for one in the garage & another on the driveway. Centrally located next to two large supermarkets, walk to the city centre, the Hamilton Lake, cafe's, Waikato Hospital, & WINTEC. Only a short drive to the Hamilton Gardens & University.

5 Minutes Walk to hospital ground and River

5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.

Beautiful home in Hayes Paddock

Located in the heart of trendy, central neighbourhood - Hayes Paddock. Built in 1930 this bungalow house has been beautifully renovated, maintaining it's original character. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses (1 king, 1 double). Hamilton Haven - private home in Central Hamilton

Hamilton Haven is a lovely place to stay with two private decks and a great backyard. Perfect for exploring the area or a work trip - it is close to Claudelands, the city centre, Wintec, and Waikato Stadium - it's an easy day trip to Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves. The University and Waikato Hospital are a 10-minute drive. The house is secure and warm with great linen and amenities. The property is fully fenced with plenty of outdoor space including outdoor dining and a BBQ.
