Unique, quiet private country suite on old highway 99 (River Road) connecting Canada to Mexico. Has its own private entrance separate from the main house. Window view of beautiful farmland and amazing sunsets. Walking distance to Marshal Island,public access to Willamette River. Enjoy the solitude and peace of mind that this quaint space provides. Access local vineyards, Corvallis, airports & eateries. Last minute inquiries/bookings may not be possible. I work during the day and go to bed early.

Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Magical Cob House Retreat + Garden & River Nearby

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw, just like they did centuries ago. This cozy, retreat offers a peaceful escape into nature with all the comfort & privacy you need to unwind. Inside, with a queen-sized bed, a AC/Heater and coffee & tea & snacks. This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

Brownsville's Historic Ross-Averill House

This charming home is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Step back in time while you enjoy all that Brownsville has to offer. Learn about the people who lived in this home in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Come find where Virgil Averill scratched his name into one of the window panes in the kitchen in 1912. Live a piece of Brownsville's history. Walking distance to Main Street, The Moyer House and many of the "Stand By Me" filming locations.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
