Steps from the sand . Beachfront apartment

Browse the shops on Jetty Road Brighton and hang out at a hip coastal cafe, then kick back in the courtyard of this light-filled studio and catch some rays. White Eames chairs and nautical blues reflect the relaxed vibe of this seaside pad. The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Wake up to birdsong at rustic Gumtree Cottage!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

This home offers 4 bedrooms, including a Master Suite with its own stand alone soaking tub, multiple living areas, a huge undercover enclosed entertainment area where you watch the sunset over the water. Two bedroom unit with dedicated parking space and private entry. 24 hour self check with lock box. Located 350m from the beach and only 170m to nearest train station and cafe. All linen & towels are provided along with essentials to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The beds are topped with memory foam mattress toppers, large pillows and cleaned to the highest standard. 20minutes from the Airport and 30 minutes from Adelaide City by car or train (trains run every 15minutes)

5 min from: Brighton Beach, Train, Bus, Marion Shopping Centre, SA Aquatic Centre, Flinders Uni, Flinders Hospital, Schools. 7km to Glenelg and 18km to Adelaide. A homely & comfy cottage. Big backyard with a pergola & BBQ. A vegetable patch, fruit tree & herbs to add to your meals. Fully equipped kitchen for food lovers. It is a very quiet neighbor hood. Welcome if moving from interstate or overseas... I speak English, Swiss & German fluently and French & Italian conversationally.

"Sea to See" Prime Location Beautiful Ocean Views

2 mins to the beach, Heron Way Reserve and playground, a short stroll to the Boatshed Cafe and Conservation Park board walk. Lovely ocean views and sunsets from the apartment. Hallett Cove is perfectly located between the City of Adelaide, the wine region of McLaren Vale and Glenelg. The apartment is large, offers a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom and full private laundry. With a double sofa bed in the lounge, free car park, along with free Netflix and fast internet.

Small Apartment,Top Location&WiFi

This apartment is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. It has a bedroom with queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, a dining room/kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor area for meals/relaxation. Our friendly family lives next door and can provide any help and advice you may need. Just a few minutes walk to Oaklands park train station and Marion shopping centre, close to Flinders University and Medical Centre, it's convenient and homely!

Beautiful quiet apartment with stunning sea views, 2 bedrooms at the ground level of our house, large living room, dinning area, separate bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet Adelaide Foothills Area

2 night minimum. Queen size bed and living room in private wing of our home. Separate entrance. Continental breakfast included, own bathroom. Kitchen space has a toaster oven and microwave but not full kitchen. Quiet location, , 20 minute walk through leafy streets to railway station. 20 min drive to Adelaide city. No smoking anywhere on our property please.
