Amazing house with all the amenities and a cool piano 5/5 stars!!!! Would come back.

Lovely home and decor, we really enjoyed our stay. Two things I wished it had: 1. proper gaurds along staircase and second floor corridor as the wide gaps on the railing means a baby / small child could easily fall through, so we had to keep a close eye on our baby at all times; and 2. a dishwasher would have been very much appreciated!

My group of 6 had an amazing time here - it had everything we needed including ski storage, spacious and comfortable living / dining to hang out in and other amenities e.g. laundry, etc. Desmond and his staff were very accomodating and helpful in communication and helped us transport luggage during check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

This is a great location just off the Main Street in Echoland. Still quiet and peaceful.

Snow condition is always wonderful in Hakuba, while our ski trip was perfect due to the superb Villa. The house is cosy with all amenities needed for our family. The sauna and jacuzzi experience just made our life perfect after whole day skiing. The hoat and his staff are truly responsive, even sending dishwasher detergent in the evening within 15 mins after receiving our message. I will definitely come back and stay here again! The place was amazing. It was sparkling clean. The place was well decorated. The host provided all the amenities I need and more. Masa was very friendly and communicative. She gave detailed instructions to get to the location. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Having stayed at modern, sleek places in Hakuba during Ski season, this was an amazing find for the calm of green season. The place is huge and yet feels like a home. The huge onsen was a definitive upgrade on places we have stayed at before. Its location, at the top of Echoland, a trendy bustling street with bars and restaurants is far away enough to be an oasis of calm and close enough to walk out at night to have a night out. The kitchen, has a large oven and is equipped like your home kitchen. If, as we found, you struggle to get reservations in the restaurants nearby, then cooking a full meal at the lodge requires little planning. If the weather was to turn, especially in Ski season, then the size and comfort of Jumoku lodge means that staying indoors needn't mean being on top of one another and on edge. The place was immaculate and has been decorated by people who know how to make people feel that they are at home. The service and response from Maki was immediate and polite.

Wonderful home for our family of five. We loved the simplistic beauty of the home and its history. It was conveniently located and came with a parking space. Masuda was a wonderful and friendly host and made us feel right at home. It has been one of our favourite homes to stay in.

This place just simply great for our large group. Lots of very well equipped rooms. Wonderful living space with elegantly furnished which made it feel like a luxurious villa house. Extremely lovely surroundings for a walk around. Kids had a wonderful time. Regret that we booked just for a night only. We will come back again.

The house is great but the road to get in is a bit narrow, so be careful if you are driving large car when the car turns.

Wir kamen an einem regnerischen, kalten Abend bei der Unterkunft an. Es stehen diverse Heizkörper zur Verfügung, welche das Haus schnell wärmen und angenehm machen. In der grossen Badewanne kann man sich wunderbar von einer anstrengenden Wanderung oder vom kalten Regenwetter erholen und entspannen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte zu Gast, haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.
