This was a splendid stay in a gem of a flat. It was easy to find and flexible check in was a life-saver after a transatlantic flight. The stairs are very steep, so pack light - and enjoy a perfect little oasis in the vibrant De Pijp neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, quiet, well appointed, and comfortable - and came with classy personal touches like a chilled bottle of champers and fresh fruit. The apartment had everything one could need, and Fulco was engaged and responsive before, during, and after the stay.

We have had the most fantastic stay with Joek . He is a super lovely guy and his accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage sons . Brilliant placed for local shops , eating etc and a short ride by train into the centre . We went to a concert at the Ziggo Dome which was a 10 minute walk . Joek is helpful , relaxed and accommodating . Would definitely go back, and totally recommend it . Thanks Joek !

Wir hatten dank Leon eine wunderschöne Zeit in Amsterdam. Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön groß und sauber. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und bedanken uns nochmal bei Leon für die Möglichkeit, unser Wochenende dort verbringen zu dürfen.

came for our honeymoon had a beautiful stay, loved the layout of the apartment, had everything we needed loved the location being next to park, the views from the balcony were awesome getting to watch the sunrise and sunsets were absolute bliss.

This apartment was great for our stay in Amsterdam! The proximity to public transport and the ability to get around the city was a huge selling point. Very happy we chose to stay here. Angela also went above and beyond with helping us navigate Kings Days and was very generous in blocking an extra day to allow us early checkin to avoid the afternoon crowds in the city. The stairs getting into the apartment are steep, but she was very clear about that so it wasn’t a surprise. I just wouldn’t recommend a big suitcase!

I've been to Amsterdam several times! All the others stayed in a hotel! This last time I opted for an apartment! It was sensational! I got to know a part of Amsterdam that I didn't know, with residential neighborhoods and I was able to live a few days like a local! It has everything in the neighborhood, supermarkets and restaurants! I will definitely be back...

Our family loved our stay at Coen & Marloes's for our Amsterdam trip! Because it's a real family home, it's well-equipped with all the things you want for everyday life (esp. in the kitchen), and their design and space is lovely. The location worked well- convenient to access by tram & bus, but in a residential area that isn't busy/ touristy. It's also a few stops away from Sloterdijk station, which made it easy to catch trains for day trips. Our hosts provided good tips for local food, activities, and navigation. The space worked well for the 4 of us- 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Everyone could have their own bedroom and space, but it was also amenable to us gathering together. Bedrooms were good and spacious, only feedback is that we could have used some more pillows. Bathrooms were convenient, and the showers were spacious and worked well. The kitchen is modern, and we really appreciated the espresso machine. Coen & Marloes were easy to message and had nearby help if needed.

Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

This place was very different to anywhere we had stayed before. Jochem had gone out of his way to make this an experience which it was. He was a fantastic host and provided us with way too much food etc. even wine and chocolates. We felt bad as we weren’t there much as we had booked a trip to Geithorn and also the Kuenkenhof gardens so we never got to partake of a lot of his generous offerings. Jochem’s place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful. Jochem was a great communicator as well.

Reinoud est une personne très agréable toujours disponible et avec de très bons conseils. Son intérieur est soigné raffiné et très confort. Il est très appréciable après avoir parcouru de nombreux kilomètres dans tout Amsterdam de rentrer se ressourcer dans un appartement comme celui ci. Les chambres sont top avec de vrais rideaux occultants . Le quartier est très agréable avec de très gentils voisins. Encore un grand merci à Reinoud .

Great place, really central and close to both the tram and metro, but still on a street slightly away from the busy city centre. Friendly host, well-equipped apartment. Only good things to say.

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huisje was top! Alles is aanwezig. Marjolein reageert snel en denkt in alles mee. Het appartment is fijn, ruim en schoon en het is groter dan op de foto's lijkt. De badkamer en keuken zijn schoon. Het bed is goed (ook voor lange mensen). Je bent snel bij het strand en je kunt vanaf hier prima fietsen naar allerlei leuke plaatsjes in de buurt. Je kunt de auto gratis aan de weg parkeren. Tot slot vonden wij het erg leuk dat er een tuintje bij het appartement aanwezig is. Aanrader!

Ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar ist. Es gibt viele nette Strandbars!

Séjour très agréable et reposant à proximité d’Amsterdam et d’autres coins que nous souhaitions explorer en voiture (Édam, Volendam, les plages de l’Ouest, Keukenorf). Le logement de Brenda était très agréable, conforme à la description, confortable et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans le village d’Ijpendam avec des maisons mitoyennes et à proximité d’un arrêt de bus (5 minutes de marche) pour aller à la gare centrale d’Amsterdam. L’aller retour en bus nous a couté entre 7,5 et 9,5 euros par personne. Les bateaux à louer n’étaient pas disponibles mais nous espérons avoir une autre occasion de faire cette expérience ! Great place with an amazing living room space. Location is quite convenient for public transportation access. Everything was amazing except that the staircase to the 2nd floor was quite steep when coming down.

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

We spend a lovely night in Haarlem! Niels was really friendly and kind!! :) It was really clean and very modern furnishings. All in all a great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

We had a great stay here. Lovely apartment and a quick bike ride into the city center. Quentin was a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. Anyone with mobility issues should not stay here. The stairs are very steep. But not a problem for most.

We had an awesome week staying at John's place in Amsterdam. Within 2 minutes walking to both a tram line and metro lines, in walking distance to a ton of restaurants and things to see, safe neighborhood, and so on. John was a great host and we would definitely stay at his place again if we have the opportunity to return to Amsterdam in the future.
