The unit does have a wonderful view and the gym/pool are very nice. The fees appear high on the hotel website, but the host is able to make it much more affordable. Similarly, both pools and the gym are very handy/easy to get to from the residence building. The host is very responsive and wants to help wherever she can. The area is undergoing a lot of development and there was still some repairs/restoration happening in February from the September 2024 storm, but the local area is working very hard to get things up and running. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but makes for an adequate breakfast and lunch facility. The A la carte restaurant is expensive for the area. Keep in mind that the unit is not a true one bedroom. Rather, it is a bachelor suite or hotel room with a kitchenette. There is no table at which to eat. Stay away from the taxis outside the hotel, use Grab.

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

Exactly as described in the listing, matching all the pictures. Light and airy, great A/C, great view, spotless throughout, including helpful reception, front of house and private car parking staff. Parking is only 20,000Vnd - £0.64 - ฿29.14 maximum, for the scooter you will inevitably hire, to get you along the coast to Ha Long itself, for restaurants and attractions, such as Sun World. The Marina area itself, will I'm sure be vibrant, when the residents move in. It's a little bit of a ghost town at present. April 2024 I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering Ha Long Bay. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. A delightful experience!

Host went above and beyond to sort out WiFi issues - they took us in and invited us for a drink and food and are very hospitable would recommend - thanks for a great experience

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. Son Le est un super hôte ! Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés, il m'a tout de suite aider quand je lui ai dit que j'étais bloqué du cou et avec une réactivité incroyable quelqu'un m'a accompagné en taxi jusqu'à l'hôpital pour me fournir des décontractant ! La gentillesse des locaux est telle qu'ils m'ont fait à manger ensuite pour me souhaiter un bon rétablissement ! 100% fiable et recommandable
