We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Since the location was bit inside, the host had provided a very clear instruction on how to reach the place. The caretaker was also helpful and responsive with quick support as and when needed. Overall a very good experience

Highly recommended. Host was proactive and responsive, she made sure that we have a comfortable and peaceful stay with full privacy. She even facilitated late check in without making any fuss. Rooms were maintained spotless as seen in the pics. Kitchen had all the basic amenities and host offered to provide additional facilities without hesitation. Terrace had an amazing view as well as the rooms. Me and my partner had an amazing stay. We got more than expected. We also had some pleasant interaction with our furry and playful friend Sam, one of the most awesome doggo I've ever met. He too was very welcoming.

I had a last-minute booking, and the host was incredibly accommodating, letting me in within a very short span of time. The overall experience was really good. The place was comfortable and maintained. The balcony space was good for relaxing in the evening, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. At this range, this is highly recommended.

We initially booked J & B Studio for just a day but ended up staying for a week because of how comfortable and well-managed the place was. It’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Guwahati. The location is easy to find, and the property stands out for its thoughtful design and amenities. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to cook. Being on the ground floor, the room stays naturally cool and pleasant. The interior decor is unique compared to other homestays in the area. One of the highlights was the 4K Sony Bravia TV with 4K OTT subscriptions — it truly added an extra level of entertainment. There’s ample parking space, and the hosts are extremely responsible and attentive. Overall, a fantastic stay — we’re definitely looking forward to returning again and again.

The house is amazing and beautiful. It was a wonderful joy staying here. Only thing we felt was the main road is a little far from home. Other than this everything is good about the place. Would definitely recommend this :)
