Guest house located on 60 acres in beautiful, rural Comanche County. Surrounded by green pastures and cattle, this is a peaceful country getaway located between Stephenville, Comanche, and Eastland. You will be welcomed by Hank and Beulah, the family ranch dogs. The ranch cat, Chris, and chickens will welcome you as well, and you may hear the rooster crow in the morning. No parties. Owners live in neighboring house on premises. No pets. Quiet guests, please, in order to respect neighbors.

Rodeos, parades, Christmas light show and our famous Pow Wow….Plus, several wineries to enjoy. Great for HUNTERS!!

The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre working farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! Pastures, woods, pond, cows, chickens, and wildlife! Gorgeous unobstructed sunsets and a sky full of stars! A country road for long walks! A comfy queen bed, plus a sofa sleeps 3. Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.

“RomanticGetaway” NO Cleaning Fees!

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).
