"THE LAKEHOUSE" With Pontoon Boat Available

2 night min (Sept-May) 6 night min (June-Aug) "The LakeHouse" is a beautifully remodeled, completely furnished lakefront home. A perfect place where new memories can be made. Enjoy all the amenities, the open concept floor plan makes it so you don’t ever miss out on the view. It has a large island and dining table for meals or playing games and a spacious family room. The house also has a pontoon boat that is available to rent so you can enjoy the lake. This is the perfect vacation spot for you!

Swan Cottage-getaway to the lake life

Enjoy Michigan's unique nature from the large deck or on the water in a kayak. Spend days fishing, boating, or discovering the local community. Every season brings spectacular beauty. You will have access to the lake with a public boat launch and island park. Wineries, orchards brewery, dining, and shopping are all within a mile or two. Ideally located 2 hours from Chicago or Detroit, and 40 minutes to Lake Michigan. Kayaks and a paddleboat are provided or bring your own boat to our dock.

Welcome to our lake home on Long Lake in Portage, MI! This cozy retreat is just 15 minutes away from the vibrant city of Kalamazoo. Relax and unwind in our beautifully furnished home, complete with games, toys for kids, and a putting mat. Step outside to your private beach and sandy swim area. Cast a line off the end of the dock, fire up the grill, take the pontoon or kayaks for a cruise, or start a fire in the smokeless solo stove. We can't wait for your family to make memories here!

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 4 with queen-sized beds, one with a bunk bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Lakefront House - Beautiful views and large beach

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

A Cozy Waterfront Loft

Take a break from the normal hustle and bustle of life to enjoy your stay at our small but spacious studio, with a loft. You will enjoy watching the sunset on the deck that overlooks the canal. The kitchenette is now stocked with a pizza sized toaster oven, water kettle, French press, and more! Just 15 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo. Breweries, fine dining and more! Great location for a business trip with Pfizer, Stryker, and Bronson.
