My place is great for couples, families, solo, adventurers, & business travelers. We are nestled in a very quiet area ...great serene area to people watch. Close to Grand Haven, Holland, Muskegon, Saugatuck, Grand Rapids downtown: Museums; Sports venue; Concerts; Meijer Gardens; Zoo & much more!

Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

'Summerwood Cottage' is located on a quiet street facing a wooded back yard. just 2 1/2 blocks from Lake Michigan's Oak Street Beach in South Haven. Downtown is less than a mile walk or drive or bike. This newer house with a walk-out basement, rec room with foosball, Pacman, fireplace, firepit, and smart TV (streaming channels only!)), has been recently redecorated. All amenities including Wifi included. 4 bedroom 3 bath, sleeps 10. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY 6/15-9/2. Sorry no pets

Come together with family and friends at the Starry Night Cottage located in a quiet neighborhood which is walking distance from downtown Saugatuck, This ranch style home has over 1500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout. You can relax in comfort after a fun filled day on the screened porch and enjoy watching hummingbirds and butterflies that visit the perennial flowers. This home is very clean and tastefully decorated.
