Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Exklusive Wohneinheit, ideal für Sportbegeisterte

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Our newly renovated studio apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20), looking to the Down street (Donja ulica), and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

Sunset by the sea

Beatiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a wonderful view. Close to the town, a 10 minute walk with promenade by the sea. The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.

"La depandace" .

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo. La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato . Ospitalità e cortesia.

Ovaj apartman nalazi se 2 minute hoda od plaže i starog grada. Pruža jedan od najljepših pogleda na stari grad. Ima besplatan parking. Opremljen je s TV-om ravnog ekrana ,klimom te besplatnim WIFI. Kuhinja sadrži perilicu suda, kuhalo za kavu i toplu vodu, mikrovalnu, pećnicu. Apartman ima galeriju na kojoj se nalazi spavaća soba koja posjeduje krevet i kutak za odmor.
