It was re-built from an original, local 100 year old wooden house and complemented with all of the modern conveniences, such as a lavish veranda and stylish kitchen & bathrooms. The balcony overlooks rice padi fields, where stunning sunsets can be admired. Villa Kelapa is located in the green heart of the island. Our townhouse is situated in a quiet tropical village a few minute walk from the beach. Fully renovated in April 2023 it features modern design, thought-out layout, 2 new air-conditioners and hand-painted murals that will make your photos pop! In 60 sqm there is living room with smart TV, designated working desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and coffee machine, dining zone, bedroom with new king mattress, bathroom with rain shower, balcony. In front of the house is a loop pool.
