Есть комплект полотенец, можно не брать свой. Удобная кровать. В принципе можно готовить самостоятельно, кухонные принадлежности есть. В принципе тихо, сейчас напротив идет стройка, с закрытыми окнами ее не слышно. Есть спрей от муравьев, очень помог. Хотелось бы москитные сетки, или тонкие шторы, т.к. залетают комары.

Wir waren das zweite mal ihr Gäste und für uns ist es wie ein nach Hause kommen. Wir fühlen und dort wohl, geniessen immer wieder den tollen Ausblick. Lucksamon ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

Super schöne Unterkunft in top Lage. Viele sehr schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Sehr gute Kommunikation, es wird auf alle Wünsche geachtet und sich toll gekümmert. Danke!

Schaut genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Nur war mir nicht klar, das die Aircon genau gegenüber dem Bett steht. Bzw den Wing so justieren das man nicht abgeblasen wird. Bett super bequem! 50m Pool .. super für Längen schwimmen. Hatte den Pool meistens für mich alleine. Fitnessraum OK...aber minimalistisch. ... ebenfalls super sauber..die Gemeinschaftsräume ebenfalls. Alles in allem top. Thanadol super erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit bei Kim. Die kleine Hütte liegt mitten am Strand und ist sehr gemütlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Kim und ihrem Ehemann empfangen, auch Taxis wurden für und organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Kim! ;)

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen . Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen , ein eigenes kleines Häuschen direkt am Strand. Der Bungalow und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns direkt ohne Probleme an den Gastgeber wenden.

We loved the house! Very cute decorations, received water bottles everyday, 5min from the beach and very close to city center. Communications was spotless! Highly recommended!

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Die Unterkunft war einfach bezaubernd schön 🤩!! Ganz tolles Flair, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Tolle Restaurants direkt durch einen kleinen Spaziergang über den Strand zu erreichen !! Wir kommen wieder !!

Highly Recommended Perfect location, roughly equidistant to all other areas of interest on the island Big comfy bed + blackout curtains + powerful air conditioning Fantastic unobstructed view Everything is exactly as per the pictures, except the bathroom which is actually bigger in real Host is 10/10, easy communication, super responsive and fast to react - The place feels homey and cozy Other comments mention loud music, which is indeed true but it's not as bad as described, parties are down to once a week and decibel level is not that excessive, for reference when streaming a show on my phone, i wouldn't hear anything else Keeping in mind the easy access, the proximity to every need within walking distance, the central yet with a secluded feel, it's like being in a nature cocoon but close the shops/stores/services/food Worth It

The Condo was nice but a little difficult to use keycards as sometimes they would not work. However Samuel was very receptive

A very nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Big and very comfortable bed. Amazing pool with incredible views across the beach. Some excellent little food shacks on the road outside, and across the train tracks on way to 711 there are lots of stalls, some with the most delicious fresh fruit.

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Trevligt boende med gott om förvaring. Bekväma möbler på balkongen En promenad genom poolområdet sen är man på den långa stranden. Restauranger finns på gångavstånd. Vi har bott i huset tidigare men första gången i den här lägenheten och den är helt klart vår favorit. Vi trivdes utmärkt och Natt som värd är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt vid kontakt. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet och området.

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!
