Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Hay la posibilidad de tener un estudio adicional con capacidad para 2 personas más (no incluido en el precio y que se puede reservar a parte). Piscina privada. La zona es residencial, céntrica y tranquila, a 5 minutos a pie del centro, tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. A 10 minutos a pie de las principales playas y calas.

Passez un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement moderne et confortable, où tout est fourni. A 12 mn à pied du coeur historique, 5 minutes du palais des congrès et 10 mn du parc des expositions. Transports et commerces à proximité. Perpignan, excellent point de départ pour profiter aussi bien de la mer que la montagne, de ses activités. du charme des villages, comme Argeles, Collioure...de la gastronomie catalane. L'Espagne à une demi-heure.pour des escapades sur la Costa Brava

Charming Cadaques house with exceptional terrace

The Artist’s House is an old village house in a central yet quiet area of Cadaques town. There are 3 en-suite refined and comfortable bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning; It is fully heated and also has 2 log burning stoves in both sitting rooms. The house has a magnificent terrace with unbelievable views over the sea, cathedral and mountains. The beach is a minutes walk. Please note the street is pedestrian and there is not vehicle access to the front door.
